OVERVIEW

Welcome to the IB Knowledge Base! This database, along with our website, is intended as the initial point of reference whether you're an existing client with questions regarding procedures, software and products or a prospective client searching for information regarding IB and the services we offer.  Our goal is to be as comprehensive as possible with respect to the scope of information we make available and we invite you to use both the website and this tool as the starting point for all your online inquiries.  We also encourage you to return often as new content is added regularly. 

HOW TO USE

Knowledge Base information is organized into readily understandable and easily locatable articles and glossary terms.  To locate information, simply enter a keyword associated with your inquiry into the search engine at the top of the page and click on the Search button.  You'll be provided with a list of articles and glossary terms whose content contains your search word(s) along with links.  Alternatively, you may wish to initiate your search through the list of most popular tags (or index of topics) provided to the right. Tags are also displayed in varying shades, and the greater the number of articles a given tag is linked to, the darker its shade.

Should you be unable to locate the information you are looking for through the Knowledge Base or website, you may direct your inquiry to our Customer Service center.
