Account holders who are able to log into Account Management may change their password by selecting the Account Administration and then Change Password menu options. Passwords must be between 6 and 8 characters in length and must contain at least one alpha and one numeric character.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Password changes initiated through Account Management take effect immediately for Account Management log in purposes, but do not take effect for trading platform purposes until after the close of business. Special attention should be given to the timing of such changes so as not to impede trading access during exchange operating hours. Account holders may also contact Customer Service for assistance with password changes which will take effect immediately to both Account Management and the trading platform. For security purposes, all login issues and password requests must be addressed via telephone and only after the identity of the named account holder has been verified.
